Everyday when I come home from work, I am greeted by a paw under the door as I come up the basement steps. Little miss Olive (the black and white one) is excited to see me! We are buds. She comes to bed with me at night, and snuggles while I watch tv or read.
Now that cooler weather is here, she has been crawling under the covers and spooning with me (she's the little spoon of course). SO. STINKIN.CUTE.
Izzy, the grey one, is a year older and she's a timid girl. Usually hangs back and observes, but the second my feet hit the floor every morning, she lets out a little cry and wants me to follow her to her food bowl. I'll never understand why because it is NEVER empty. But mainly, she's a daddy's girl. Always hangs out stretched out on his leg. Lately she's been hanging out with me more. Not sure why, but Eric is jealous, so I'll take it :)Olive was SUPER TINY when we got her. I managed to snap a pic of them this past weekend in almost the same position as a very early one (except they are on opposite sides). Seeing how much Olive has grown, and as taken over Izzy as the "big cat" is unbelievable.
How sweet are my sleeping girls?!?!?!
